Service Description

Sani360's Sanitizing Experts will perform special occasion service to your home. We use high-efficiency electrostatic sprayers to disinfect your home's surfaces, walls, floors, furniture & appliances. Whether you are preparing for a gathering or cleaning up after your visitors have left, we've got you covered. We will also have someone remove debris and place at your curb. Includes: - Up to 4 hours of service - Electrostatic spraying to disinfect & sanitize areas impacted by bacteria, mold, and viruses - Full home cleaning IMPORTANT NOTE: Our team member(s) will assess the condition of the home upon arrival and may recommend special mold remediation services in the event the damage to the home is outside of our scope of services. We will assist in locating and booking a specialist upon your approval. Additional fees will be assessed.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via phone at 313-800-8696 or email at info@getsani360.com at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled service. Any appointments that are not cancelled within 1 hour of the scheduled service will result in a cancellation fee of $50 to be charged and/or withheld from the final refund amount.
