Booking Terms & Conditions

I, as the Customer, am authorized to execute this Agreement with Sani360 LLC (“Sani360”) for Sani360 to provide cleaning and sanitation services. Customer understands and agrees that Sani360 will provide a crew to provide cleaning and/or sanitation services at Customer’s facilities. Customer understands that the crew provided by Sani360 will use best efforts and will follow accepted standards with regards to cleaning and sanitation. However, Customer recognizes that Sani360 cannot guarantee any results and cannot guarantee that any cleaning or sanitation services provided will clean, sanitize or destroy 100% of any bacteria, viruses, toxins, mold, conditions, etc. Customer expressly agrees that for any claims against Sani360, (whether arising out of negligence, gross negligence, intentional tort, tort, contract, warranty, or any other possible cause of action), that Customer’s damages, in the event that any liability is determined, will be limited to reimbursement of any funds paid by Customer to Sani360. Customer expressly agrees to release and waive any claims for liability and/or damages beyond a refund of funds paid by Customer to Sani360. Customer further agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sani360 and its owners, directors, officers, advisors, subcontractors, employees, agents, and all other persons or entities acting for them for any and all claims, demands, suits, costs and charges, attorneys fees, court costs, etc. in connection with or arising out of the cleaning and/or sanitation services provided by Sani360 brought by any third party.

Customer further agrees that any claims relating in any fashion to the services and/or crew provided by Sani360 are subject to arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. Customer agrees that if there is any dispute arising out of the Agreement and Customer is not the prevailing party, that Customer will pay all attorneys’ fees, costs, etc. incurred by Sani360.

Customer further agrees that Customer will not contact, approach, solicit, entice or induce any member of the crew provided by Sani360 to terminate their relationship with Sani360 and provide services directly to Customer. Customer agrees that if any member of the crew provided by Sani360, or any contractor affiliated with Sani360, ends up providing services to Customer, for a period of 3 years after execution of this Agreement, that Customer will owe Sani360 payment as if Sani360 had performed the work itself.

COVID-19 CLAUSE

Customer represents that it has followed and is following all COVID-19 protocols and requirements and that in the event that any of Customer’s agents, employees, customers, visitors, etc. have any contact with the crew provided by Sani360 that masks will be worn, social distancing will be observed and all other COVID-19 protocols will be followed.

Additional Cleaning Fee Clause

Minimum Additional Cleaning Fee for Excessively Soiled Spaces: In the event that a service location is deemed excessively soiled or unclean, Sani360 reserves the right to impose a minimum additional fee of $100. Examples of excessively soiled or unclean conditions include, but are not limited to, extreme buildup of dirt or grime, excessive trash or debris, untreated biohazardous materials, severe mold or mildew accumulation, and any other conditions that require beyond standard effort for cleaning and sanitization. This fee is in addition to the regular service charges to adequately address the extra cleaning requirements. To circumvent additional fees being assessed, it is highly recommended all first-time clients share pictures of their space to us upon submitting their booking request. Pictures can be emailed to book@getsani360.com  or texted to 313-800-8696.

CANCELLATION POLICY

By submitting a request for booking via our online form, Customer understands that their appointment is not finalized until confirmation from a Sani360 representative is received. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via phone at 313-800-8696 or email at support@getsani360.com at least 4 hours prior to yon our scheduled service. Any appointments that are not cancelled within 4 hours of the scheduled service will result in a cancellation fee of $50 to be charged and/or withheld from the final refund amount. If a valid payment method is not on file, Customer will receive an invoice for this cancellation fee which will be due immediately upon receipt. Exclusions may apply.

Refund/Return Policy:

Original sales receipt must accompany returns. We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

• within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)

• must not be a special order or a custom order

• unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's particular item description.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us, will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

Privacy Policy

Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.

We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law. 

We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.

We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.

Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.

We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.
