Yes. We love to cross train our team members to increase the job assignments that you are eligible to fulfill. You will need to complete both applications. If you are unable to complete the requested information in the Cleaning Partner application (i.e. you do not have cleaning experience but would like to learn) then you will only need to complete the Sanitizing Expert application. We will arrange for your on-the-job training for the cleaning role at a later date.

While the majority of our current positions are 1099, we are actively looking to maintain at least one W2 team member who is cross trained in cleaning and sanitizing. If you are seeking a W2 role, please still apply.

We have temporarily paused our bonus program. However, customers do tip for excellent service. Average tips are $40 and 100% of tips go to the cleaner.
Hours for most team members vary and are set based on the availability you provide. We ask team members to confirm their desired shifts at the beginning of each month to ensure our clients are able to book services in real time. Due to the nature of our business, there may not be work assignments available each day. Most of our team members rely on Sani360 to supplement their other sources of income.
In keeping with employment law standards, we do not offer our 1099 team members health or other fringe benefits.
All of our cleaning experts are expected to have their own cleaning supplies. We can assist in helping you secure additional supplies via our online store. We can also provide payment upfront for jobs to assist in your cash flow so that you can purchase items you need to service our clients.
